Cancellation Policy: Attendance is confirmed upon submission of Registration Form. Payment must be made at time of registration, or if paying by check, within 45-days from your registration date. If you need to cancel, email rcook@rmcmanagementsolutions.com by April 24, 2026. A $50 processing fee will apply. No refunds if cancelled after April 24, 2026.
No-Show Policy: No refunds if you fail to show at a scheduled event as a registered attendee. Payment is expected regardless of your attendance. NO EXCEPTIONS.
