CANCELLATION CLAUSE: Your registration as an Exhibitor has been confirmed upon receipt of the required registration form - payment is required at time of registration. If you need to pay via check, payment must arrive not later than April 7, 2023. If you need to cancel, email the KCACS Chapter office at info@kc-acs.org. Your registration fee will be refunded in full if cancellation notification is received before March 31, 2023. Cancellation requests made between March 31, 2023 and April 7, 2023, will incur a $150 processing fee. NO REFUNDS IF CANCELLED AFTER April 7, 2023. NO-SHOW POLICY: PAYMENT IS EXPECTED –NO EXCEPTIONS.
